The Development

The completed development will have a club house, community swimming pool, tennis court and gardens and is built on four levels in a traditionally spanish style. 

The villa boasts a pleasant rural location in the town of Berja, yet the delightful beach side resort of Roquetas De Mar is just 20 minutes drive away.

Berja is a good sized town with every facility for a comfortable lifestyle, including shops, supermarkets, banks, doctors, plus the usual range of inexpensive restaurants and friendly bars.  Its population is 13,924, it has an annual average temperature of 18 Degrees, peaking at 32 in August and sits at an altitude of 331 Meters.

For sports fans Almeria de Mar offers scuba diving, many other water sports, marinas and a newly built go-kart track is just 15 minutes drive from Berja.

Golfers can reach Envia Golf Course in 15 minutes, serious shoppers and culture lovers will love to visit historic Granada.

During the winter months the ski slopes of Puerto Ragua and Sol Y Nieve are not too far away and offer every kind of snow sport. (30 mins drive North)  Spains number one location for winter sports, the Sierra Nevada, is less than two hours away, either directly by motorway or over the hills via the pass. It is Europes southernmost ski centre with 5 months of snow, (+16 artificial generators) it has the longest season in Europe . 61Km of ski slopes, 45 pistes and 6 off-piste routes, 2 cable cars, 12 chair lifts, 5 ski lifts  open 9am to 5pm with night Skiing at weekends and bank holidays.

Almeria is a sun-baked province, with the highest hours of sunshine and lowest rainfall in Europe. with its 200 miles of virtually undeveloped coastline,it lies in the south-east corner of Spain, less than 100 miles from the coast of North Africa. Enjoying the warmest and sunniest climate in the whole of Europe, with mid-day temperatures in January averaging 69F and in July and August 99F at least, and with the sun shining for more than 320 days in the year.
Almerias skies are also the clearest in Europe With an annual average of 3,000 hours of sunshine.

Almeria is Protected by strict building regulations and  the region is benefiting from significant government investment, and strong capital growth.
